WHO Europe has decided to speed up the promotion of age-friendly health care
Here we organize a free webinar on Integrating age-friendly health care towards healthy ageing for all to support the actions of the Decade of Healthy Ageing 2020–2030, with a special focus on promoting older people-centred integrated care. This webinar will showcase examples on how age-friendly hospitals can promote healthy ageing in the communities, promote continuity and integration of care for people needing long-term care, and address social needs among older persons seeking healthcare.
With healthy ageing for all as the shared goal, this webinar will examine not only innovative design of care processes, but also experiences in management policy, teamworking, application of technology, development of age-friendly environments, and collaboration with community partners, to facilitate more consistent and universal implementation of integrated care.
