The workshop focuses on economic analysis broadly dealing with the impact of demographic change on labour markets or, indeed, vice versa. We welcome empirical and theoretical contributions from both a micro- and macro-economic perspective. A non-exhaustive list of topics is:
* Age distribution of working age population and supply of/demand for workers
* Contract, careers and job design with an ageing workforce
* Age structure and skills of migrants
* Mobility of an aging workforce and regional labour markets
* Health, productivity and job satisfaction
* Long-term unemployment and employment prospects and earnings of older workers
* Fertility and female labour supply and earnings
* Matching, labor market institutions and demographic change
* Retirement incentives
